Returns & Exchanges
Because every item in our store is made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To report an issue, please email us at hi@bubblycall.store within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not require you to return damaged or defective items.
Photos are sufficient for verification.
Non‑Returnable Items
Because our products are printed on demand, the following items cannot be returned:
- All made‑to‑order products
- Personalized/custom items
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Sale items
- Gift cards
EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
This right does not apply to:
- Custom or made‑to‑order items (which includes all print‑on‑demand products)
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- A replacement cannot be provided
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Your claim is approved by our support team
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the posting.
