Production Time
All BubblyCall products are made to order. This helps us reduce waste and create items especially for you.
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and the type of product you ordered. Typical delivery windows are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please email us at support@bubblycall.store as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
If it has already shipped, we’re unable to change the address, and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems delayed, please check your tracking link first — carriers sometimes experience temporary slowdowns.
If your package appears lost or hasn’t moved for several days, email us at support@bubblycall.store and we’ll look into it with care.
Customs and Import Fees
Some countries may charge customs or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains different types of items, they may ship separately. This helps us get each part of your order to you as quickly as possible.
